		<description>I have been following Dr. Desmaisons&#039;s steps for adults for a number of months. Her work is just amazing to me. I recently picked up Little Sugar Addicts and am eager to get started getting better breakfasts in my kiddos. While their breakfasts are mostly healthy, they are sadly lacking in the all-important protein.</description>
